A MIB request was received for the bgpPeerTable or bgpPeerStatusTable where the bgpPeer(Status)FlapStatsClearMap field was set but the bgpPeer(Status)FlapStatsClearStat field was not set. Flap statistics will not be cleared by this MIB request.
To clear flap statistics for routes matching a Route Map, the user must set bgpPeer(Status)FlapStatsClearMap to indicate the Route Map, and must also set bgpPeer(Status)FlapStatsClearStat to indicate that Protocol should clear flap statistics.
